was a classic example of why I moved to this city. In-fact, the past week has been in general.
The night out on Friday getting to know a new friend, being horrendously pissed and somehow getting back and having to wake up three hours later and go to work and nearly throw up on a customer while sharing in-jokes throughout the day.
Saturday night I got to come home, and the entirety of my stay there was a very strange expirience, but it was like my being there was an event and everyone seemed so happy, and I got drunk with my old workmates and had to get a tv back to Bristol.
I met my friend Greg from home on a very short notice at the station, and he helped me get my tv home, cut Sophies hair, and stayed the night & kept me up with his fidgeting and sleep talking just like the good old days.
Monday night I got to go back to Cardiff to see Matt and it was amazing just how cheap and easy it was getting there after finishing work and so lovely to be seeing him again after a week, chilling in bed for ages, making food, playing zelda.
Then tonight after work me and my workmate Sian went to the O2 arena hoping we could get tickets to see Bombay Bicycle Club even though they were sold out, and we totally got them, and it was all so amazing I couldn’t help but bathe in the moment as I watched them perform and think “this is why I moved here”.
Falling in LOVE with this city!
